宝地东方花园别墅二期


       项目A地块红线和大门位置很是尬尴,这个地块因为各种原因内部别墅甚至有些自己的内庭院都很小,而且东头唯一一个面积相对大的绿地却被配电房和垃圾房占据,所以考虑这些因素,尽量是把西入口的界面拉大,调整后西入口面宽非常大,让入户大门体现别墅的尊贵。同时东入口因为旁边有小型绿地,所以未来还是会有很多业主就近从这个门进出,所以在这个入口设置一个圆型广场通过植物的阻隔,让业主从这个圆形广场进出,尽量解决配电箱和垃圾房带来的影响。

       B地块大门旁边还有一个很大的配电房,而且地下车库出入口不流畅,再加上大门面宽不够,所以整个项目我们景观对建筑提的图纸进行二次梳理,调整很多不合理的地方;结合B地块最大的优势——西侧的河道,我们在B地块景观面积不足的情况下,把儿童活动场地设计了一个抬高的眺望廊道,增加活动空间的同时,把西侧的河道引入项目内部,增加景观的丰富性。
