Z字形建筑布局，将用地空间分割为三块集中的绿地空间原景观设计方案利用建筑立面上两个洞口希望将三个集中户外空间相互联系起来，因此从形式和构图上采取了三组斜切线布置
空间布局以交通功能性布置为主，配合组团绿化园区车行、人行入口和地库出入口均集中在南侧和西侧布置。

The Z-shaped architectural layout divides the land space into three concentrated green Spaces. The original landscape design scheme uses two openings in the building facade to connect the three concentrated outdoor Spaces with each other. Therefore, three groups of oblique tangents are adopted in the form and composition

The spatial layout is mainly based on the functional layout of traffic, with the vehicle, pedestrian and basement entrances and entrances concentrated on the south and west sides of the green park.

根据要求现阶段重点对南侧、西侧的中心绿化区域提出优化提升整治，并对以下几点做出优化与提升

入口道闸、岗亭等造型颜色与建筑环境不太协调

入口看不到LOGO，组团绿化凌乱影响建筑立面形象

岗亭造型陈旧，组团绿化遮挡建筑整体形象

城市街道看园区，现代的建筑形体被杂乱的绿化打乱

优化+整治

更新设备，体现现代感和科技智能化

整治绿化和立杆灯灯，布置LOGO指引

智能化管控或替换现代感的岗亭，整治绿

整治沿街绿化，突出建筑界面形象
       设置高低不同的水景，将天空、远山倒影之中不同的跌水表情，瀑布、水帘满足不同视角观赏C形围合草坪由高到底伸入水池中最高处刚好遮挡车行道上的车辆，减少对建筑内广场的视觉影响。

Water features of different heights and heights are set to make different expressions of falling water, waterfalls and water curtains in the reflections of the sky and distant mountains meet the needs of different viewing angles. The C-shaped enclosed lawn extends into the pool from high to the bottom and just blocks the vehicles on the roadway, reducing the visual impact on the square in the building.
