毛铺村景色绮丽，钟灵毓秀，山坡高低起伏，郁郁葱葱，湖中岛屿点缀，古树名木繁多，多种野生动物在此生息繁衍，独具自然空灵的丘陵田畈，徜徉自在逍遥的山峦清池，每一秒都让人心旷神怡。“林深不知处”，“在树中找房子”从无法企及的幻想变成了现实，这是城市生活多年的人们的一处休闲、放松、娱乐之地。

主要以“两轴，三核，多节点”为空间布局，考虑到项目的整体性，主要分为主干道和次干道，可沿途观赏绮丽风景到达各个景点。核心区域借助大水面进行贯通，扩大水面，适宜打造核心湖景。依托河流、茶山、密林、等不同基底资源设置多处景观节点。

You can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way and reach various scenic spots. The core area is connected with the large water surface to expand the water surface, which is suitable for creating the core lake view. Depending on different base resources such as rivers, tea hills, dense forests and so on, multiple landscape nodes are set up.

        毛铺村位于湖北省大冶市灵乡镇南部。东邻毛铺水库及芭山村，南与贺铺村、阳新、咸宁相连，西与西畈、张河两村相连，北与马桥村相接。毛铺村以农林牧渔为主，村东南便是大冶市最大的水库----毛铺水库。毛铺水库是大冶市的第一大水库，位于幕阜山腹地的灵乡镇境内，为梁子湖水系，四面群山枕水，气候宜人。项目地的定位是毛铺户外运动度假区，以生态农业、旅游度假为主导产业，构建“一三融合”的复合型休闲观光地和旅游度假地。针对不同消费人群，打造旅游度假目的地。

以生态农业为基底，导入旅游服务、农业休闲、高端度假、生态居住四大主要功能。
